The client required a complex Bill of Materials that contained digital components from 12 OEMs. The components varied in lead times; were sourced from multiple geographic locations; and required integration into one finished product. The integration process required high-touch specialized technical configuration. Demand for the finished product was high volume, with no room for error.


Dynamic coordinated the varied lead times for all 12 component, ensuring availability for production. Components configured and integrated into the system on spec with 100% accuracy. The system was bundled, kitted and distributed, including specific end-user instructions with each instrument. Dynamic also managed the product lifecycle of each components so that the customer remained prepared for component transitions.


Dynamic produced the finished product on spec and on time every month. Dynamic tightly managed the BOM and the finished product to FDA standards. There have been zero product defects since 2014 when Dynamic began providing the system.
