The client’s complex Bill of Materials required IT hardware components from multiple OEMs, including a server, thin client, touchscreen, barcode scanner, label printer, and integrated software. The customer also needed just-in-time distribution direct to its lab customers with 100% accuracy and quality compliance.


Dynamic helped to select and test the required connected hardware. Dynamic staged and imaged the systems; maintained and managed on hand inventory; custom kitted and labeled the hardware, specific to each lab destination, while fulfilling a 24-hour order-to-delivery guarantee. Dynamic also managed critical EOL and product transitions; provided a detailed component level supply chain risk scoring report, and negotiated pricing with the component OEMs.


The client delivered on time and on spec within the critical time window offered by their lab customers. The client also reduced costs up to 10%, based on Dynamic’s ability to leverage it extensive supply chain relationships to find lower cost alternatives.
