Challenge
As a result of continuous growth through expansion and acquisition, the client maintained a wide portfolio of real estate sites. They needed to quickly and efficiently implement digital innovations that delivered site specific endpoint configurations, improved their deployment speed, and reclaimed retired endpoints while maintaining data security.
Solution
Dynamic assisted in selection and testing of the required endpoints; staged and imaged the systems; maintained and managed on hand inventory; custom kitted and labeled the hardware, specific to each deployed site, and managed the reclamation and refurbishment of retired endpoints. Dynamic also managed critical EOL and endpoint transitions; provided a detailed component level supply chain risk scoring report, and negotiated pricing with the technology OEMs.
