Carrie Winters is Dynamic’s Solutions Manager. As a long tenured employee, she brings an intimate knowledge of Dynamic’s history and operations to her role at Dynamic. To ensure our valued customers receive the best possible price, delivery and service, Carrie develops and maintains trusted business relationships with our technology partners that enable her to effectively manage the sourcing of all customer materials, supplies, and equipment. Working closely with manufacturers, she ensures all potential benefits are gained and that employee training certifications are secured to maintain competencies and further advance partnerships.

Carrie’s ability to evaluate customer requirements – combined with her deep knowledge of the technology supply chain and skills researching and evaluating technology products – enables her to define, plan and manage the supply chain to meet the customer’s complex and constantly changing set of challenges.

She studied at Ohio State University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Madonna University.
