Andrea Whitney is Dynamic’s Leader of People and Talent Management. In this position, she is responsible for developing and implementing multi-faceted employee-focused programs. These include continuous learning (career development, upskilling, and career pathing), employee engagement (growth and development, wellbeing, employee rewards and recognition, relationship development and management, employee experience and performance management), community involvement (global and cultural awareness, local volunteering opportunities), recruitment, and selection and production optimization.
With more than a decade of experience, Andrea is a strategic and forward-thinking HR leader who can translate a vision and mission into actionable HR initiatives that promote internal growth, engagement, and bottom-line growth through successful hiring and retention. A positive influencer, she is especially skilled at getting buy-in from stakeholders while coaching the business’s biggest assets—its people—in best-in-practice behaviors and policies.
Andrea holds a BBA with a focus in Human Resources Management from Baker College, from which she graduated cum laude. She is currently a candidate for an MBA at Wayne State University. An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Andrea is certified as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) by HRCI.
